Climb the rope to reach the upper part of the map, and follow the curved path around (the whole area is like a huge spiral). Start by walking N and E, and eventually, you'll see a ledge above you to the N with a rope hanging from it. You'll fight a lot of snow wolves here, so it's easy to do. Inside, you want to make sure you get the Winter Collection side quest to gold. It is NOT the island at the north-east corner of the world map. Towards the North-East part of the Region, a little way off the coast, you should notice a small island with a crater on it.

To upgrade the Blue Ring, head to the Snowy Region in the North-East part of the world. The Ship or the Hot Air Balloon is required to upgrade the Blue Ring of Power. The newly upgraded Yellow Ring makes your critical hits do quadruple damage instead of simply double.
DO NOT WALK BEHIND THE STONE TABLET YET: Head to and activate the stone tablet instead to upgrade Mike's Yellow Ring for an achievement. Go U to **BOSS - Watch out for "EXTINCTION" which can wipe out a low-level party! Apart from that, it's the usual hit-with-hardest-powers-whilst-healing-and-buffing-with-Mike strategy. Follow the map to the centre (U, L, U, 1L, U, R to end, U, L, 1U to end, R, D, R, 1U, R to end, D to end, 1U, L, D, L, D, 1R to end, U, R to end, D to end, L to end, U to **SAVE**). In this area, you can kill pirate ghosts as part of random encounters to obtain Old Pirate Keys which open the multitude of chests everywhere (Each chest will give you 600-700 Golz or 6-8 Arena Tokens). Open the chest on the right (Spaghetti Orb 4), leave, and go E back to the original room. Go down the left side of the area, and wrap around to a hole in the ground (I got Double Drake side quest to bronze here).
Check the bottom left statue for an Old Pirate Key (One of many you will come across). Head N, open the chest (Spaghetti Orb 2). Leave S, go all the way back around the are but leave N, not W. Open the chest and take it (Spaghetti Orb 1). Head N to a chest which contains the first of four orbs you're going to need to get a secret and two achievements, in time. Collect the rope on the ground, go W and leave to the N. To upgrade the Yellow Ring, Get in your vehicle and head to the Banana-Shaped Island in the North-West corner of the map. The Boat, Ship, or Hot Air Balloon is required to Upgrade the Yellow Ring of Power.
